We have a 15-day guarantee policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Exchanges / Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, we will replace the item instead of exchanging it.
